| Black Knights Bang Out 8-4 Win Versus Dallas | It was a good time at Blue Ivy Stadium, where fans came to watch the Dallas Texans and Brooklyn Black Knights get after it.
The Brooklyn Black Knights topped the Dallas Texans, 8-4, in Roberto Clemente League action at Blue Ivy Stadium. The player of the game was Brooklyn pitcher and Funabashi, Japan native Tenkou Miura. Brooklyn reliever Tenkou Miura was credited with the win, to go to 1-1. Austin Hearn took the loss for Dallas.
Angel Soto, who is tied for 7th in the RCL in bases on balls with 43, aided the Brooklyn cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the third baseman drew 1 walk. He drove in 2 runs.
"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Miura said.
Brooklyn has now won 5 games in a row.
