Legrow, the winner, moves to 2-1. He threw 5.1 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 1 walk. Brett Conroy earned the save, his 7th.
Rick Smart, who is rated as the 75th best prospect by BNN, aided the Saskatoon cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first. For the game, the right fielder drew 1 walk.
After the game, Saskatoon manager Roger George applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
