| Bombers Win at Eureka, 4-2 | South Carolina left-hander Ángel Ruíz made an effective start against the Eureka Hornets at The Nest, leading his team to a 4-2 win. Ruíz went 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 2, and struck out 7. His record improves to 3-3. Bruce Berardi was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 11 of 14 save opportunities.
