| Saints Edge Royales, 3-2 | The Trois-Rivieres Saints scored a 3-2 win versus the Montreal Royales at Eliminators Ballpark. Trois-Rivieres pitcher Ralph Martell nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Trois-Rivieres has an impressive 17-6 record.
The Saints got a big at-bat from left fielder Gerald Bates. For the game, Bates was 1-5 with a home run. In the top of the eighth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Trois-Rivieres a 2-1 lead.
