| Blatchford Dazzles in Kelowna Win | Dedicated fans at Brantford College Grounds weathered the storm to watch their beloved Heat beat the Outlaws.
Calgary had no answer for Kelowna Heat starter Clifton Blatchford, who flummoxed Outlaws hitters as the Heat cruised to a 6-0 victory. The Heat bumped their record to 10-7 with this latest triumph.
Blatchford, the Kelowna right-hander, went 5.2 innings, allowing no earned runs on 1 hit. He collected 10 strikeouts.
"We looked pretty good up and down," said Kelowna manager Jorge Martínez.
