| Capitals Get Win, Hope to Turn Around Slow Start | Though he had a great game, Bennett Fudge could not single-handedly produce a win for Trois-Rivieres. Victoria won the game, 3-2. Fudge was named the player of the game. He belted 2 home runs. Victoria is now 5-8. Trois-Rivieres is 11-2.
Rudolf Owry was 1 for 4 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs for Victoria. The 19-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring walk off Tyler Morrissey. It was his 6th walk of the season.
"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Victoria manager Dominique Maze.
