| Outlaws Get Win, Hope to Turn Around Slow Start | The London Monarchs got a superb performance from second baseman Reagan Sweet. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Calgary. The Outlaws won the game, 8-5. In spite of the loss, Sweet was named the player of the game. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Tom Dukeshire finished the game for Calgary and earned his 3rd save. The Outlaws are off to a tough start, getting just their 4th win in 11 games.
With two out in the bottom of the first, Andy Bailey stroked a go-ahead 2-run single. It was his 5th hit of the season and put Calgary in front, 2-1.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Bailey told the Calgary Citizen.
