Petit Helps Saints Run Win Streak to 3

The Trois-Rivieres Saints topped the Montreal Royales by the score of 16-8, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Jérôme Petit. Petit was 4-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for the Saints on the day. The Saints, now 3-0, have been playing some good baseball.

In the bottom of the third inning, catcher Nate Tessier came through big-time for the Saints. With Trois-Rivieres leading 6-5, he belted a 3-run home run.
