| Sooners Win Another One | The Oklahoma Sooners defeated the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 9-3, in Skip Bertman League action at Castles Ballpark, with Oklahoma left fielder Chris Rone named player of the game. Oklahoma has now won 8 in a row.
Rone had a key at-bat for Oklahoma early in the game. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 2-run triple. It was his 4th triple of the season and gave Oklahoma an early 2-0 lead.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Rone told the Oklahoma News.
