| Multi-HR Game for Pacheco in 5-4 Win | Miguel Pacheco was instrumental in his team's 5-4 triumph over the Hawaii Islanders. The designated hitter was 3-3 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the So Cal Republic. George Fortin converted his 20th save in 23 tries. The Republic have an impressive 48-27 record.
Pacheco had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the seventh inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Republic went on to win.
"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Pacheco.
