The Sooners grabbed a win, 4-2, at Biglerville College Fields, overcoming a fine effort from Tennessee pitcher Seth Watkins. Watkins went 5 innings and allowed 4 earned runs. Oklahoma reliever Sean Snelling picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Seth Watkins was saddled with the loss. Pat Lucas earned the save, his 12th, for the Sooners.

The Sooners got a big at-bat from shortstop Nathaniel King. For the game, King was 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 11th home run of the season gave Oklahoma a 2-0 lead.
