| Multi-HR Day for Gillum as Bruins Overpower Beavers, 12-1 | The UCLA Bruins put together a convincing win at Ballpark of Shiprock College, defeating the Oregon State Beavers, 12-1. Jason Gillum was one of the hitting stars. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for UCLA. The 9th-place Bruins are now 22-19, the Beavers 22-19.
Gillum had a big at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Bruins went on to win.
"We did a lot of things right," said Gillum.
