| Green Wave Trip Bears in Extras | The Tulane Green Wave topped the Baylor Bears, 6-4, in Rod Dedeaux League action at Berthoud College Grounds. The player of the game was Tulane pitcher and Ft. Collins, Colorado native Jon Good. The Green Wave bumped their record to 26-14 with this latest triumph.
Tulane won the game in the bottom of the 13th inning. With no outs and Grant Lail on the mound for Baylor, shortstop Nate Orr hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Green Wave fans to their feet.
"Enjoyed this one," Good told the Tulane Gazette. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
