| Loss to Bulldogs Extends Wake Forest Losing Streak | The Georgia Bulldogs defeated the Wake Forest Demon Deacans, 2-1, in Skip Bertman League action at Field of the Plunder, with Georgia pitcher Adam Fuller named player of the game. Georgia reliever Tony Hogan picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Jamie Boula took the loss. Tyler Eichelberger was credited with the save for Georgia, his 7th of the season.
Nick Saint chipped in for Georgia with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the shortstop had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
