| Sycamores Lose to Tigers in Walk Off | The Clemson Tigers defeated the Indiana State Sycamores, 4-3, in Skip Bertman League action at Magistrates Ballpark, with Clemson center fielder Andy Leventhal named player of the game. Clemson goes to 15-25, Indiana State to 21-19.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Clemson pinch hitter Jake Burgess, facing Cody Cody, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Tigers the 4-3 win.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Burgess said after the game.
