| Victory Over Cyclones Takes Missouri to 21-10 | Missouri left-hander Joe Creekmore pitched his team to victory over the Iowa State Cyclones at Ballpark of Ridge College. The final score was 7-4. Evan Sheldon closed the door for Missouri, picking up his 13th save of the year. Missouri has an impressive 21-10 record.
The Tigers beat the Cyclones with some clutch hitting. The double by John Wood in the bottom of the first is a good example. With two down, Wood gave his team the lead, 2-0, when he came through with the big hit.
"Our guys are never satisfied," said Missouri manager Rob Lewis.
