| Wolverines Score Late, Stun Tigers, 2-1 | Michigan starter Tom Hass had a strong outing against the Missouri Tigers at Siege Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 2-1 win. Michigan reliever Chris Decker picked up the win, upping his record to 1-3. Bob Kelly was saddled with the loss. The Wolverines now have a record of 14-16 with the win over Missouri.
The Wolverines were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when shortstop Greg Brown turned a 1-0 slider from Bob Kelly into a 2-run single. The walk-off single sent a roar through the crowd and gave Michigan a thrilling 2-1 win.
"This place was rocking at the end," Brown said.
