| Bulldogs Continue Hot Start to Season With Win | Fresno State second baseman Jeremy Jerry had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the USC Trojans, 10-4. Josh Fisher earned the win to go to 1-1. He allowed 1 earned run on 2 hits, with 2 walks and 8 strikeouts. The Bulldogs bumped their record to 19-10 with this latest triumph.
Mark Cummings, who is tied for 6th in the RDL with a .369 batting average, aided the Fresno State cause with a 2-run double in the top of the sixth. For the game, the first baseman went 2-5 with a double. He drove in 3 runs.
