| Ducks Prevail, 3-1, Over Houston | Oregon Ducks starter Dalton Seay was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Houston Cougars, 3-1. Oregon has now won 3 in a row.
Had Kevin Riffe not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Riffe hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 2-1, in favor of the Ducks.
"This was a good win for us," said Seay. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."
