Fans who gathered at Ballpark of Ridge College saw a good contest between the Auburn Tigers and Missouri Tigers.

The Auburn Tigers downed the Missouri Tigers, 6-4, at Ballpark of Ridge College. Danny Crouch led the way, going 2-for-3 for Auburn. Auburn reliever Matt Hardy picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-0. Jesse Friedman was collared with the loss. Pete DeCaprio earned save number 9.

Mike Terrell went 1 for 3 for Auburn. The 19-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the fourth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Jesse Friedman. It was his 1st RBI of the season.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Crouch said after the game.

The Tigers bumped their record to 15-11 with this latest triumph.
