| Razorbacks Need Extra Frames to Get Past Cyclones | The Iowa State Cyclones got a superb performance from pitcher Cyril Bachelet. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Arkansas. The Razorbacks won the game, 6-4. In spite of the loss, Bachelet was named the player of the game. He threw 5 innings of shutout ball. Arkansas reliever Matt Voss picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-0. David Anderson was collared with the loss. The save was credited to Drew Shelton, his 1st.
Adam Lunn hit a 2-run double off David Anderson in the top of the tenth, which put the Razorbacks in front, 6-4. In addition to the double, Lunn had 1 single, while going 2 for 5.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Lunn said after the game.
The first-place Razorbacks have won 5 in a row.
