| Earthquakes Win at Midland, 6-3 | The San Francisco Earthquakes topped the Midland Rockhounds, 6-3, in Thurman Munson League action at Field of Dreams. The player of the game was San Francisco first baseman Oscar Garcia. The Earthquakes are now 34-35, while the Rockhounds fall to 32-38.
The Earthquakes got a big at-bat from second baseman Alex Bahena. For the game, Bahena went 1-4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the third, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 18th double of the season gave San Francisco a 4-2 lead.
