| Horned Frogs Need Extra Frames to Get Past Aggies | Horned Frogs center fielder Dan Wineman put his stamp on his team's 9-5 win over the Texas A&M Aggies. Wineman was 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for TCU in the contest. TCU has now won 3 in a row.
Wineman had a game-changing home run in the top of the tenth. On a 0-1 sinker from Matt Ratliff, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Horned Frogs a 8-5 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Wineman.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," Wineman told the TCU Observer. "It's as simple as that."
