| Cougars Score Late, Upend Aggies, 4-3 | The Cougars had to overcome a fine performance from Texas A&M pitcher Andrew Heath to grab a 4-3 win at Suns Ballpark. Heath allowed 2 earned runs over 6 innings. Chris McBride recorded his 3rd save for Houston. Texas A&M now has a 7-game losing streak.
Lance Blizman drove in one run for Houston. The 19-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Lee Caldwell. It was his 17th RBI of the season.
