Yellow Jackets Shut Out Tigers

Georgia Tech got a strong outing from Justin Dix as the Yellow Jackets defeated the Missouri Tigers, 3-0, at Ballpark of Ridge College. Georgia Tech, now 10-14, holds 20th place in the Ron Fraser Division.

Randy Poulton aided the Georgia Tech cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the first. For the game, the shortstop went 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk.

Dix told a Georgia Tech Today reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
