| Golden Eagles Fall to .500 After Loss to Cardinals | Behind a solid performance from catcher Doug Bailey, the Stanford Cardinals defeated the South Mississippi Golden Eagles, 7-3. Bailey went 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Cardinals. Stanford, now 9-15, holds 20th place in the Cliff Gustafson.
