| Tigers Lose, 2-1, at Bruisers Ballpark | Fans who gathered at Bruisers Ballpark saw a good contest between the North Carolina Tar Heels and Clemson Tigers.
North Carolina Tar Heels starter Jeremy Dillard was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Clemson Tigers, 2-1. North Carolina reliever Bob Schuh picked up the win to move to 2-1. Brad Hennen suffered the loss.
Early in the game, first baseman Chris MacMillan had a run-scoring single for North Carolina. It was his 30th hit of the season and put the Tar Heels on top, 1-0.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Dillard.
The Tar Heels bumped their record to 13-10 with this latest triumph.
