| Razorbacks Get Road Win, 10-5 | Getting a good performance from catcher Rafael Melendez, the Arkansas Razorbacks defeated the Clemson Tigers, 10-5. Melendez went 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Razorbacks. Arkansas reliever Drew Shelton picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Patrick Lavery shouldered the loss. The Razorbacks bumped their record to 14-8 with this latest triumph.
Melendez had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the eighth inning, when he hit a 2-run double. The Razorbacks went on to win.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Melendez told the Arkansas Gazette.
