Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Matt Clay, the TCU Horned Frogs defeated the South Mississippi Golden Eagles, 8-3. Clay went 2-3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Horned Frogs. At 5-3, the Horned Frogs have played well so far.
