| Beavers Bang Out 8-0 Win Versus Belfast | Portland third baseman Luke Riviere made his presence felt in the 8-0 Beavers triumph over the Belfast Titanic. Riviere was 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Lance Bundy went 6 innings for Portland to pick up the win. The right-hander was charged with no earned runs. He scattered 6 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 3. His record improves to 5-3. The Beavers have an impressive 46-22 record.
The game turned with no one out in the top of the fourth when Riviere, who is tied for 3rd in the RCL in stolen bases with 30, hit a run-scoring single. It propelled the Beavers into the lead, 1-0.
