| Tigers Win at South Carolina, 2-1 | Clemson got an elite performance from starting pitcher Jesse Bowen in taking a 2-1 decision over the South Carolina Gamecocks. Ben Satterfield locked down his 1st save. The Tigers raised their record to 3-0.
Dave Buckelew chipped in for Clemson with a solo home run in the top of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman had 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 1 run scored, and 1 run batted in.
