| Buckeyes Get Road Win, 7-3 | Ramparts Ballpark was the site of the home opener for the Arkansas Razorbacks. The contest featured a prime matchup between Tim Dickow of the visiting Ohio State Buckeyes and Eric Allen of the Razorbacks. The final score was 7-3, the Buckeyes getting the win.
