| Mustangs Win at Winfield, 12-3 | The San Angelo Mustangs knocked off the Winfield Warriors, 12-3, at The Barn. Bill Leal, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason San Angelo won. The center fielder went 3-5 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Reliever Ramon Gomez picked up the win. His record improves to 2-0. Andreas Pearce took the loss. San Angelo is now 80-81, while Winfield is 62-99.
