| Pelicans Beat Bush Wackers in 10 | The St. Petersburg Pelicans defeated the Brisbane Bush Wackers, 4-3, at Baylor Ballpark today. Leading the charge for St. Petersburg was second baseman Jose Galvan. He went 4-4 with a double, 3 singles, and 2 walks. The Pelicans bumped their record to 83-77 with this latest triumph.
Mike Medina hit a run-scoring double off Johan Leedham in the top of the tenth, which put the Pelicans in front, 4-3. In addition to the double, Medina had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 5.
