Cyclones Get Road Win, 3-1

Coney Island got a first-rate effort from pitcher Steve Barr, who frustrated Chippewa hitters en route to a 3-1 Cyclones triumph at The Reservation. The 5th-place Cyclones improved to 73-87.

Victor Trinidad, who is tied for 4th in the TA in triples with 7, aided the Coney Island cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the second. For the game, the shortstop was 1-2.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Barr said.
