The New Orleans Jedi Knights topped the Williamsport Crosscutters, 8-3, with youngster Tyler Walter playing a key role. Walter went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Jedi Knights in the win. New Orleans reliever Jeff Beem was credited with the win, to go to 3-1. Shawn Thompson took the loss for Williamsport.
