| Kings Get Past Dublin for 2-1 Win | The Kings had to overcome a fine performance from Dublin pitcher Nelson Martinez to grab a 2-1 win at The Royal Colosseum. Martinez allowed no earned runs over 6.1 innings. Atlantic City has now reeled off 6 straight wins.
Had Kane O'Connor not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, O'Connor hit a 2-run double. That made the score 2-1, in favor of the Kings.
"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Dublin manager Mike Bergeron said following the tough loss.
