| Crosscutters Bridle Saints, 3-1 | The Williamsport Crosscutters took St. Paul pitcher Tony Cordova's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Saints Ballpark. The final score had Williamsport getting past the Saints, 3-1. Cordova went 6 innings and allowed 3 earned runs, striking out 3. Hidero Ueno was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 24 of 29 save opportunities. The Crosscutters saw their record improve to 53-93.
The Crosscutters got a big at-bat from center fielder Billy Perkins. For the game, Perkins went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the fourth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 7th home run of the season gave Williamsport a 2-1 lead.
