The Tonga G.o.D. topped the Las Vegas Aces, 6-2, in Roberto Clemente League action at Sin City Stadium. The player of the game was Tonga pitcher and Tonga native Toa Fotu Taurus. The 4th-place G.o.D. improved to 31-35.

Though he didn't earn the victory, Taurus kept his team in the game until the bullpen took over and the Tonga offense came through. Over 8.1 innings, he allowed 5 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 7.

"Toa Fotu was throwing free and easy," said Tonga manager Garth Lee.
