| Dancin' Outlaws Subdue St. Paul, 3-2 | The skies opened up and the rain fell at Penlee Park.
The West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws eked out a 3-2 win versus the St. Paul Saints at Penlee Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Jose Aguilera, who captured player of the game honors. Aguilera got the win, improving to 4-9. He allowed 6 hits and walked 0 over 5 innings. Aguilera allowed 1 earned run.
The Dancin' Outlaws got a big at-bat from shortstop Jeff Hendrickson. For the game, Hendrickson went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 4th home run of the season gave West Virginia a 2-1 lead.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Hendrickson said after the game.
The Dancin' Outlaws improved to 72-74.
