| Kunkel K's 10 En Route to 3-1 Vikings Win | Victoria pitcher Bill Kunkel did his part in helping his team beat the Chippewa River Chiefs, 3-1. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Victoria is now 83-54, 9 games up in the TMLA Earl Weaver Division.
Kunkel made it look easy. He scattered 4 hits over 8 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The left-hander upped his season record to 12-7.
