| Marauders Win at Cabo San Lucas, 6-1 | The Maple Marauders picked up a win at Field de Los Layendas, knocking off the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 6-1. Starting pitcher Mitsunari Kobayashi, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. The Marauders now have a mark of 29-33.
It could have been a different outcome for Maple, had it not been for Ryan Agee, the 26-year old second baseman . Agee contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put Maple up, 3-0.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," Kobayashi told the Maple Today. "It's as simple as that."
