| Knights Lose, 5-1, at Elks Stadium | The Okanagan Lake Monsters got a strong performance from pitcher Manuel Chagolla, who stymied the Kingwood offense en route to a 5-1 win at Elks Stadium. Chagolla picked up the win for Okanagan, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 4-3. The Lake Monsters bumped their record to 71-55 with this latest triumph.
Early in the game, right fielder Quentin van Engeland had a 2-run single for Okanagan. It was his 56th hit of the season and put the Lake Monsters on top, 2-0.
