Okanagan got a terrific performance from pitcher Matt Douglas, but it wasn't enough to beat the Kingwood Knights. Kingwood won the Elks Stadium contest, 6-0. Douglas was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He threw 5 innings allowing 5 runs. Reliever Mikiya Kubo picked up the win. His record improves to 11-1. Matt Douglas took the loss. The first-place Knights, at 84-42, now lead their division by 12 games.

Joel Fiebig helped out the Kingwood cause in the top of the fifth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the designated hitter was 3-5 with 3 singles.
