| Vikings Win Thriller, 6-5 | Bobby Bradshaw did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the San Angelo Mustangs from losing, 6-5, to the Victoria Vikings at The drakkar. Bradshaw went 1 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The winning streak has now reached 7 games for the Vikings.
The Vikings were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when shortstop Jose Silva turned a 0-1 changeup from Casey Violet into a 2-run single. The walk-off single sent a roar through the crowd and gave Victoria a thrilling 6-5 win.
"I like the roll we're on right now," said Silva after the game.
