| Victory Pushes Lake Monsters Record to 68-52 | The Charleston Panthers got a sterling performance from first baseman Scott Tuff, but the Lake Monsters still prevailed, 6-4. Tuff was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The 4th-place Panthers have lost 4 consecutive games.
Luis Parada drove in 2 runs for Okanagan. The 22-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Kyle Simon. It was his 51st RBI of the season.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," Parada told the Okanagan Times. "It's as simple as that."
