| Titanic Drop Another One | The Tonga G.o.D. got a stellar effort from pitcher Paul Barrett, helping Tonga score a 7-1 win over the visiting Belfast Titanic. Barrett, the winner, moves to 4-6. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 8 and giving up 2 walks. The losses continue to mount for Belfast, which has now dropped 6 in a row.
Jose Macias, who is tied for 9th in the RCL in runs scored with 37, aided the Tonga cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the second baseman drove in one run.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," Macias told the Tonga Herald. "It's as simple as that."
