| Tight Tilt Goes to Dancin' Outlaws, 4-3 | West Virginia left-hander Jose Aguilera made an effective start against the Atlantic City Kings at The Royal Colosseum, leading his team to a 4-3 win. Reliever Tadasumi Murakami picked up the win. His record improves to 3-3. Stephen Lau took the loss. The save was Mike Crawford's, his 20th.
This game was not decided until late. With one out in the top of the ninth, Manny Mora hit a sacrifice fly. The Dancin' Outlaws took the lead, 4-3.
"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Atlantic City manager Jorge Matos. "The effort was great."
The win boosts the Dancin' Outlaws to 55-60. The loss puts the Kings at 69-42.
