| Road Warriors Lose 4-2 Decision to Princes | The Bel Air Princes downed the Westside Road Warriors, 4-2, at Philip Banks Field. Bill Bartlatt led the way, going 3-for-4 for Bel Air. Josh Belcher converted his 15th save in 18 tries. Westside's current losing streak is now 5 games.
The Princes got a big at-bat from right fielder Ryan Ray. For the game, Ray went 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Bel Air a 2-0 lead.
"We're in a marathon, not a sprint," Bartlatt said in postgame remarks. "Soon enough, the finish line will be in sight."
