| Knights Need Extras to Top Jedi Knights | Despite a great performance by New Orleans second baseman Alex Deigado, the Kingwood Knights defeated the Jedi Knights by the score of 6-5 at The Republic. Deigado went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Jonathan Adams, credited with the save, is now 2 for 3 in save opportunities. Kingwood leads the TMLA Dick Williams Division by 12 games.
Tokio Yamaguchi's hit in the top of the 12th was a game-changer. With no one out, he rapped a fastball from Dane Palmer for a solo home run. It put Kingwood in front, 6-5.
